Fruit and depth
Fantatsic everyday drinking, and absolute mouthful of dark fruits and a depth rarely seen in a wine of this price. Dangerously drinkable!

Brilliant. Intense colour with violaceous hues. Fresh and fruity, blackberries and red plums. With notes of cacao and soft toast. Good body, soft, harmonic, balanced and persistent aftertaste. Goes great with red meats, mature cheeses, grilled and barbecued meats.
“Palo Alto” is the nickname for the thorny flowering trees that are dotted all over the rolling hillsides of the Maule Valley, the place where their wines are produced. Viña Palo Alto was born in 2006 with the aim of exploiting the best of the Maule Valley. Its first wine was Palo Alto, a red blend which broke away from classical red wines across the world with a vanguard style and attractive presentation. Following the success of its red wine blend, Viña Palo Alto widened its range to include a Sauvignon Blanc in 2007 and a Shiraz Rosé in 2008.
