Not for me personally
Strong alcoholic bouquet, with overtones of spices such as cinnamon and pepper. Medium-light bodied wine with fruity taste of raspberry, strawberry and hint of sweetness mixed with bitterness. Mildly tannic and astringent after taste.

Bilyara wines are fruit driven and can be enjoyed in their youth by themselves or with a delicious meal. The grapes are sourched from premium vineyards in South Eastern Australia. The range includes four wines, including a Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sparkling wine.
